Bleaching a mustache (girls & guys answer please!)?

Okay i have light brown hairs on my upper lip (like a mustache) it isnt that noticable, unless you look into the light. i dont want to get it waxed or have pricey procedures done. i think bleaching would be the best option so...

where can you get mustache bleach?

about how much?

will it turn your mustache hair bright blonde?

will it damage skin?

DOES IT WORK GOOD? :)

-GUYS, is it a turn off if you see a girl with a mustache (light brown hairs) or a bleached mustache?

thanks so much for taking time to answer this, best answer 10 points!!!!!

*GIRLS- have u bleached your mustache before? or should i try waxing? which option works better/ lasts longer?

Thanks Again!

I bleach my upper lip all the time, I had the same thing- it wasn't noticeable except in the sunlight. You can pick up facial bleach fairly inexpensive at Sally Beauty Supply, I only paid 7 bucks for my kit and they last awhile. It works well but it will damage the skin if left on too long, you will get blistering. One downside is for a few hours or so after bleaching, it will be very pale where the bleach was, because it takes some pigment off the skin. This goes away after a short time and you can cover it with make-up. Your hairs will turn a bright blonde, which you can't see. I usually do it twice and wait about a half hour between bleaching so it doesn't damage my skin too bad, then the hairs become a shade thats really really light, and transparent looking in the sunlight. I prefer to use the bleach because plucking and waxing that area is very painful, much more sensitive than the eyebrow area. I have also used the bleach on my eyebrows to lighten them up when I had platinum blonde hair.
Reply:I get mine threaded it very inexpensive, painful but worth it .
Reply:Bleaches smell horrible, in the first place. If you can tolerate the smell, go for it. Yes, they turn the hair light blonde. They are cheap to buy at WM.

Zip it is my best advice. Don't mess around with it and just wax it off. Best results and they last a while. It will help get rid of any shadow's you have PLUS your makeup foundation will go on more smoothly without any hair in the way.

I'm a girl but I can answer for the guys...Most of them will tell you to get rid of it!
