I was thinking of bleaching my armpit hairs. If I bleach them, and then remove the hair after I bleach them, then will they still be the color I bleached them when they grow back? What is the best inexpensive bleaching cream that I can use?

I don't know who put this idea in your head, but don't do it. It is just like bleaching the hair on your head. The hair will grow back dark. Just shave or wax it instead.

Reply:bleaching won't change the color of the hair coming up. It's no different the bleaching your hair , when it grows the original color will still come up. If you want a smoother shave , get Nair hair removal.
Reply:Unfortunately, No...your hair after it grows back will still be the color it was b4 you bleached it and the best and inexpensive bleach is probably sally hansen or jolen
