Bleaching for this AWESOME hair dye...?

i don't really want to bleach my hair and would like to highlight with special effects dye or manic panic soooo...if i HAVE to bleach it to achieve the vibrant color...wat should i use?


any suggestions or ideas?

If you have really dark hair (like your profile picture) I highly suggest not doing the dye job yourself. It will come out orange and you will kill your hair. Go to a professional. It will be well worth the money because it's better to do it right the first time then to screw it up and still have to pay a professional to go back to your regular color. Trust me, I have had about 10 years of hair coloring experiences and my brother has very dark hair.
