I'm trying to add some bleach spots to some old jeans of mine to give them a new look..but it's not bleaching!! What the heck?
Bleach is not bleaching!?
Are you adding water to the bleach? This "activates" it. Don't use too much or the material will deteriorate fast and others may be getting a "look" at parts of you that are not what you want.
