Bleaching to do neon colors?

i want to do 2 or 3 streaks under my hair, neon colors.


and my hair is a darkish brown, so im probably going to have to bleach it before i dye it the bright light color.


how bad does bleaching and then dying your hair damage it?


does it burn or anything?





also i already asked this, but what neon color should i get the streaks??

pink is the way to go... or bright yellow I will never forget the girl I saw once with her hair dyed pink. She looked so beautiful just like a rose....

because if you have never dyed your hair before then the bleach should strip all the colour in one bleach.


you should get pink or green streaks!!


depending on how many times you bleach your hair, will determine how damaged your hair will be.


bleaching is usually the only thing that damages your hair,


hair dye has special conditioning ingredients in it.


if you dont get the bleach on your scalp it shouldnt burn at all.
Reply:my friend did this once and it she did it bright pink but after a while it faded and part of her hair was white! it totally damaged it so just get it temporary so u can do as many colors as u want!
