Anyone know about skin bleaching creams?

Im mexican and white and certain parts of my body are a little darker than the rest. Like around my neck, elbows and knees. I've tried scubbing them and scubbing them, using rubbing alcohol, peach scrub and even used a pumace stone till I was raw...but nothing really helps. Recently I heard of skin bleaching cream, but it being used for 'personal' areas and was wondering if that would work wherever. Also, what brand works and where can I find it (what isle). Tried looking at Sav-on and couldn't find SKIN bleaching cream only facial hair bleaching cream.

Anyone know about skin bleaching creams?
I am not Mexican, but 'm often mistaken though. I love olive skin. So don't change a thing.





Any product that takes the color out of you skin. Tend to do alot of harm. And the long term effects are horrible. I've not done this, I have seen women that have done it. Gladly all I say was there face.
