Is Bleaching once in a mnth ok?

I live in Middle east from the past 4 yr. since I moved here i never bleached on face as its very hot and humid here .But now I observed some prominent hair on my chin and cheeks as well. I get my eybrows and upperlips thread but now i wanna get rid of these hair threading i wanna avoid cozi'll get more hair. so bleaching is only solution coz lasers/electrolysis I can't afford. plzz suggest

sure go ahead and bleach. once a month is fine.
Reply:ok first of all...threading doesn't make your hair grow back any more than it did before u threaded it off...lol bleaching is ok if your using skin bleach but hair bleach is too strong and could do serious damage to your skin.
