Hair bleaching.?

I plan on bleaching and dying my hair orange very soon. I'm just wondering, is this going to make my hair feel like hay? My friend bleached her hair and it feels fine, but she might just have been lucky. Plus, i'm putting another colour over it, so it may just hurt it more. Anyone know how harmful it will really be?

All hair dyes will dry your hair and make it feel course.


Most good hair dyes come with a conditioner in the


package, definitely use that after you dyed your hair.


You can also buy some extra conditioner, L'oreal makes


some good ones, and use he conditioner every time you


wash your hair. It will keep it soft and manageable.

Reply:ok well on hair dying instructions it says don't die your hair again until 30 days is up but ya my friend bleached her hair and dyed it and her hair had like tons of split ends and it kinda felt like if you touch it, it would break in your hand so i don't know maybe it will may be it wont but i recomend not doing it all at once. good luck!!
Reply:nope ive tried to put two layers 2gther and my hair is fine.. so ull be okay
Reply:It might feel like "hay" if it gets very dry. Just be sure to deep condition it after either on your own or at the salon.
Reply:what color are you coloring in top of it? if it's a color that matches that's fine cause it will look great and plus my mom did that once and she kept on getting compliments of her hair!! It looked beautifal and so will yours~~~~

Reply:If you are going to bleach don't put a permanent dye on for two weeks I did that and my hair fell out, you can try a rinse those are safer I would suggest not to bleach it at all I had a very bad experience If you are going for a lighter color dye your hair blonde then use a rinse that's safer than a bleach(I don't know what color your hair is already)
