Bleach orange ?

Okay i bleached my hair and now its a LIGHT orange... If i used a bright blonde hair dye will it get rid of the orange or will it make the orange brighter ?

Bleach orange ?
DO NOT use 30 vol developer unless you want your hair to break off! If you've already bleached your hair and it's orange putting bright blonde probably won't do too much. What you need to do is get a violet based toner, it will tone down the orange to a more natural color. I HIGHLY recommend that you go to a salon and get it fixed. Even if you tone it down it still might not be a desireable color. Your hair might need to be toned a few times to get it to a color that you like.

I used to be a hair stylist and I would never attempt bleaching my own hair. It's a very complicated process and the bleach needs to be watched continuously. As a matter of fact, whenever I bleached hair I had an assistant help me so that all the bleach could be put on at the same time and process at the same time.

Whatever you do...DO NOT put ANY permanent color on your bleached hair...too many bad things could happen.
Reply:it should get rid of the orange - your hair just got stuck between the 10 stages of lightning - be sure to strand test ur hair before u start-and make sure dye has a 30 vol developer
Reply:If you did your hair by yourself from box dye, it's not surprising it turned orange. That happened to my friend and I.. if you can, go to a salon and have them fix it because their dyes/bleaches are much better for your hair and the color comes out better. If you bleach it again at home, you may just completely fry it and you don't want that. I killed my hair about a year ago, and I lost my natural curl i used to have, and it hasn't come back.
Reply:Make sure you use a dye that has an ash base, it will help counteract the orange hues, if you read the boxes, it will help guide you, I had the same problem when I tried to bleach burgundy out of my hair.
Reply:You would be much safer and smarter to go to a salon to have your hair dyed/bleached.

You should go to a salon now to get the damage fixed, if you keep trying to fix this by yourself, the chemicals can really damage your hair.

The chemicals will burn your hair and you can make it fall out with all the damage.
Reply:go to a salon an let it be a lesson to never dye your hair out of a box at home!! especially blonde as this is the hardest colour to achieve, you should'nt put any more peroxide or bleach on it my advice would be put a brown over it then leave it for a month or two and if you really want to be blonde build it up over time with highlights
Reply:Get an ash coloured toner and put that on it. That should tone it down.

If not head for the hairdressers.

This happened to me once, it is scary.
Reply:yes it will get rid of the orange don't panick...
