Bleaching Hair?

Im thinking of bleaching my hair so then i can dye it with a permanent light blonde brown color. although im worried what it will do to my hair, im a boy and my hair is medium length, its black. If i bleached it i would get it done by a professional but will it still trash my hair or make it fall out? thanks

If you get it done by a professional it should be fine - just be prepared to see your roots come in fast (which I think is sexy, but some people do not like that).
Reply:where your hair is black, you're going to find it difficult to get it light. The process is long and you might have to go through different stages to get it where you want it. For example, your hair might turn orange rather than a blonde so a professional would have to tone it and continue from there. It's a lot of work and could possibly be achieved but there are no guarantees. It may also damage your hair.
Reply:hey dude well i just asked a question for someone to help me out on dying my hair to light ash brown cos i dyed my hair super blonde and now its a yucky orange colour. my hair is black aswell, im just waiting to see if anyone responds to my question cos i hate this rusty colour
Reply:if you bleach it. it will get more ruined than if you just dye it. think about that.
