Bleaching then dying my hair pink?

So I have dark brown hair, and I'm planning on bleaching like 50 strands of my hair (which is really not that much!) and then adding hot hot pink to it... hehe

Anyways, will it turn orange? and if so, will it even matter because pink will be going over it anyways?

I know bleach is bad for your hair, i know, i know, so don't tell me again!

Thanks!

what you'll have to do is get the appropriate bleach for dark hair. i think 40 is what you'll probably want to get it light (the higher the number the stronger). it will only turn orange if you don't leave it in long enough or don't get a strong enough bleach. if it does turn orange it will effect the results of the pink hair dye and be less hot pink and more red or orange or some other color that may not be what you're trying to achieve. all you need is the 2 part bleach kit, some foil, and a dye brush, all of which you'll be able to get at a beauty supply store. if you don't get the results you want initially, wait a few days and then rebleach the strands to make them lighter. then try to dye them with the hot pink. hair dyes that are unnaturally colored like pinks, blues, greens, etc...fade fast so you'll either need to cut back on washing your hair everyday if you want the color to stay, or continually rebleach and dye the strands.

edit: ignore that jonathan troll. your hair belongs to you, you can do whatever you want with it.
Reply:Very foolish people do very foolish things to their nails, ****, hair and body. Stupid people do things that are bad for them. If you crave attention so much I suggest you join a glee club and develop a good singing voice or join the Drama club and start acting and showing off what you have naturally.(be more femenine)

And whatever you do, do not disfigure your body with cheap/**** tatoos. Be wise - don't let your personal feelings about your looks destroy you.
