Bleaching?

I want do dye my hair. Im dying it neon green and pink and yellow so I want to bleach it first to get the best results!


im not bleaching it from the top though,just bits of hair and only about half the strand im not going near the roots. will it ruin your hair seen as im not doing the roots?


and what would be the best bleach to use?

it will still make the part of hair that you bleach easy to break and you'll probably get more split ends. you should go to a stylist for the coloring, it's better than doing it yourself, they have really good products and know how to mix and all that stuff.
Reply:well, if your hair already has a permanent color in it, try using a color removing kit and then the bleaching should go a lot better (without turning bright orange)


if not, just get a good bleach kit like 'born blonde'. it works really well, especially if you wrap your hair in plastic wrap and heat it with a blowdryer. it causes it to get blonder faster

found at Walmart or Sally's. nothing will "ruin" your hair, it's never beyond repair.
