Bleaching dark fabric?

Ok so i need a light green suit for halloween. I bought i dark blue one, thinking i could bleach it white, then dye it green. I am currently in the bleaching process, and i have a pair of bright orange pants!! Is this a lost cause? what can i do? the pants are cotton, the jacket wool, and the tye is silk. Please help!

Bleaching dark fabric?
The product to consider is called Dylon Fabric Colour Stripper and can be bought from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Coopers-Direct-... for £3.74 +p%26amp;p. It can be used on Cotton and all natural fabrics - but not if it's treated with a special finish such as waterproofing or dry clean only. You can then use the Dylon Hand or Machine dye to finish the job.
Reply:go for it then let me no what happens .
Reply:The wool and cotton may be fine, but use a diluted solution of bleach and water to prevent too much fiber breakdown. Silk is not recomended for bleaching as it will be destroyed.

What are you dressing as?
